Blú Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Effective: August 6, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Blú Affiliate Program operated by Foreign Exchange Group LLC d/b/a Blú Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee (“Blú,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including promotion of Blú coffee, the 876 Club, Elev876-related offerings, and other eligible products available through cupofblu.com.
By applying for, accepting, or participating in the Blú Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Approval
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Blú reserves the right to approve or reject applications and may review an applicant’s website, social media presence, promotional methods, or other information provided during registration.
Affiliates operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of Blú.
2. How the Program Works
Approved Affiliates receive a personalized referral link and may also receive an affiliate coupon code.
Purchases properly attributed to an Affiliate through GoAffPro’s tracking system may generate commissions according to the commission structure below.
Affiliates are responsible for using their assigned referral links and coupon codes correctly.
3. Commission Structure
The standard commission structure is:
• 15% commission on qualifying purchases from new customers.
• 7.5% commission on eligible purchases from returning or recurring customers.
• Eligible 876 Club subscription renewals may earn a 7.5% recurring commission while the referred membership remains active and the renewal is successfully processed and attributed to the Affiliate.
Commissions are calculated after eligible discounts and exclude shipping charges and applicable taxes.
Blú may introduce special promotions, bonuses, enhanced commission rates, or product-specific commission rates from time to time.
4. 876 Club Recurring Commissions
An Affiliate may continue earning eligible recurring commissions on qualifying 876 Club renewals attributed to that Affiliate.
Recurring commission is earned only when an actual renewal payment is successfully processed.
No recurring commission is earned for:
• Canceled memberships
• Paused or skipped payments where no charge occurs
• Failed payments
• Refunded or reversed payments
• Chargebacks
• Fraudulent transactions
• Transactions that cannot be properly attributed to the Affiliate
Recurring commissions stop when the qualifying subscription ends or no longer meets program requirements.
Participation in the Program does not guarantee any particular amount or duration of recurring income.
5. Customer Affiliate Coupon
Approved Affiliates may receive a personalized customer coupon.
Unless otherwise stated, the standard Affiliate customer offer is:
• 10% off a qualifying purchase of $20 or more
• Limited to one use per customer
• Not applicable to 876 Club subscription products unless specifically authorized by Blú
Coupon offers may be changed, suspended, replaced, or limited at Blú’s discretion.
Affiliate coupons are intended for genuine customer referrals. Posting codes to unauthorized coupon, discount, or deal-aggregation websites is prohibited without prior permission.
6. Qualifying Purchases
A commission is earned only on transactions that Blú and/or GoAffPro determine to be valid and properly attributed to an Affiliate.
The standard referral tracking window is 30 days, subject to browser, cookie, privacy, platform, and technical limitations.
If more than one Affiliate has referred the same customer, attribution will be determined by the tracking rules configured within GoAffPro.
Blú’s tracking records will be used to determine commission eligibility in the event of an attribution dispute.
7. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not earn commissions by purchasing through their own referral link or affiliate coupon for the purpose of generating commission.
Transactions identified as self-referrals, manipulated referrals, fraudulent transactions, or other attempts to improperly generate commissions may be rejected.
8. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks
Commissions associated with orders that are canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid are not eligible for payout.
If commission has already been credited for an order that is later refunded, canceled, or reversed, the applicable commission may be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
9. Affiliate Payments
The minimum Affiliate payout is $50 in approved commissions.
Payouts are processed monthly for Affiliates who have reached the minimum payout threshold.
Balances below $50 will roll forward until the minimum threshold is reached.
Available payment methods may include PayPal, Venmo, or other methods approved by Blú.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
10. Affiliate Disclosures and Advertising
Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with Blú whenever promoting or recommending Blú products or services.
Disclosures must be clear, easy to understand, and placed where consumers are likely to notice them.
Appropriate disclosure language may include:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
Terms such as “Ad,” “Sponsored,” or “Paid partnership” may also be used when appropriate.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable Federal Trade Commission endorsement and advertising requirements and other applicable laws.
11. Honest Promotion
Affiliates must represent Blú and its products honestly.
Affiliates may not:
• Make false, deceptive, or misleading statements
• Make unsupported health, medical, financial, or performance claims
• Misrepresent pricing, discounts, product origin, availability, or membership benefits
• Pretend to be an employee or official representative of Blú
• Send unlawful or unsolicited spam
• Use deceptive advertising, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fraudulent traffic
Affiliates should only make statements about products that reflect their genuine experience and beliefs.
12. Blú, Elev876 and 876 Club Brand Use
Blú may provide approved photographs, logos, graphics, product information, and other promotional materials.
Affiliates may use these materials solely for authorized promotion of Blú and the 876 Club.
Affiliates may not:
• Materially alter Blú/Elev876 logos without permission
• Create websites or social media accounts that impersonate Blú or Elev876
• Register domain names or usernames designed to appear to be official Blú or Elev876 properties
• Use Blú, Elev876, 876 Club, or related brand names in paid-search advertising keywords without written permission
• Suggest an endorsement, sponsorship, or relationship beyond participation in this Affiliate Program
All trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, and other brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Taxes
Affiliates are independent contractors and are responsible for their own federal, state, local, and other applicable tax obligations.
Blú may request tax documentation or other information required for reporting or payment purposes.
Failure to provide required information may delay a payout.
14. Fraud and Program Abuse
Blú may review Affiliate traffic, referrals, orders, coupon usage, and other program activity.
Fraudulent activity, cookie manipulation, fake orders, unauthorized coupon distribution, self-referrals, misleading promotion, or attempts to circumvent program rules may result in rejected commissions, suspension, or termination.
15. Suspension and Termination
Either party may end participation in the Affiliate Program.
Blú may immediately suspend or terminate an Affiliate for fraud, abuse, misleading advertising, violation of these Terms, damage to the Blú/Elev876 brand, or other conduct Blú reasonably determines is harmful to the Program or its customers.
Valid approved commissions earned before termination remain subject to the applicable payout, refund, fraud-review, and eligibility requirements.
16. Changes to the Program
Blú may modify commission rates, coupon offers, eligible products, payout terms, promotional rules, or these Terms as the Program develops.
Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means when appropriate.
Continued participation after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. No Guarantee of Earnings
Affiliate earnings depend on actual qualifying sales and renewals.
Blú makes no guarantee regarding the amount of commissions, sales, referrals, recurring revenue, or other income an Affiliate may earn.
