Our Jamaica Blue Mountain Select beans, grown between 3,000 and 5,500 ft, are handpicked at peak ripeness and aged for one month in authentic Appleton Estate Rum barrels. As the beans rest, they absorb the subtle sweetness and spiced aroma of aged rum, resulting in a truly distinctive cup.
 
The flavor is vibrant, smooth, and deeply aromatic, with tasting notes of rum, cocoa, floral honey, dried berries, and toasted oak, complemented by the natural clarity and balance that make Blue Mountain Coffee legendary.
