Our Haitian Blue Mountain beans, grown at high elevations 4,000 ft, are handpicked at peak ripeness and aged for one month in authentic Appleton Estate Rum barrels. During this resting period, the beans absorb subtle sweetness and warm spice from the seasoned rum casks, creating a vibrant, aromatic, and uniquely Caribbean cup.
The flavor profile is smooth, clean, and naturally sweet — heightened by tasting notes of rum, cocoa, floral honey, dried berries, and toasted oak. Haitian Blue Mountain’s balanced acidity and silky body pair beautifully with the depth and character imparted by the historic Appleton barrels.
