Our Select single-origin beans are cultivated at 3,000–5,500 ft in the misty peaks of Jamaica’s Blue Mountains, then aged for one month in freshly emptied Maker’s Mark Kentucky Bourbon barrels. During this patient resting period, the beans absorb the subtle, oaky sweetness and aroma of bourbon, developing a cup that’s bold yet exceptionally balanced.
 
The result: a smooth, full-bodied brew with elegant layers of dark chocolate, caramel, brown sugar, and sweet bourbon oak — an unforgettable flavor that honors both Jamaican craftsmanship and Kentucky tradition.
