Our Haitian Blue Mountain beans are cultivated at 4,000 ft in the lush, mountainous regions of Haiti, where cool temperatures, volcanic soil, and slow cherry maturation create naturally sweet, clean cup profiles. These single-origin beans are then aged for one month in freshly emptied Maker’s Mark Kentucky Bourbon barrels, allowing them to absorb subtle notes of oak, vanilla, and warm bourbon aromatics.
 
During this patient resting period, the beans take on the nuanced character of the barrel, developing a cup that is bold yet exceptionally balanced — elevating the natural sweetness and clarity of Haitian Blue Mountain coffee.
The result is a smooth, full-bodied brew with elegant layers of dark chocolate, caramel, brown sugar, and sweet bourbon oak — a distinctive flavor experience that bridges Haitian craftsmanship with Kentucky heritage.
